Cold Summer Soup

   4 stalks celery finely chopped
   3 green onions, thinly sliced
   2 - 3 slices white onions, finely chopped
   3 slices thinly sliced green bell peppers, finely chopped
   3 slices thinly sliced red bell peppers, finely chopped
   1 large pealed and seeded cucumber, finely chopped
   1 can large black olives, sliced
   1 can veg-all, well drained
   3 - 4 shakes tabasco sauce, to taste (optional)
   1 large can tomato juice


Put everything into a large non-metal container and mix thoroughly. Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Longer is better. Overnight is great!
