Mary Alexander's Famous Carrot Cake Frosting

Terri Czerwinski ( Mary Alexander Memorial Cookbook)

   1 1-pound box powdered sugar
   1 stick margarine
   1 tablespoon milk
   1 8 ounce package cream cheese
   1/2 teaspoon vanilla
   Chopped or slivered nuts


Mix ingredients together well. After applying frosting, garnish with chopped or slivered nuts
