Light Dijon Mustard Sauce

Serves: 5

A dijon and mustard sauce to serve with meats. Especially good with fried rabbit.


   1/2 cups light sour cream
   1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
   1/3 cup dry white wine
   3 tablespoons dijon style mustard
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
   1 teaspoon freshly chopped basil


Combine all ingredients. Simmer and stir until sauce is warm. DO NOT BOIL!
Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
